yoiu by Doddamane. coffee, on the Doddamane family estates is grown
entirely under shade in an ecologically sound environment at an average
altitude of 3500ft. The beans are handpicked by trained 'pickers', pulped
and then sun dried, first on trays and later on barbecue tiles. The
natural spring water that flows through the estates is used for fermentation
and underwater soaking which adds to the unique flavour of Doddamane
